Role Overview:
As a Database Administrator, you will manage, maintain, and optimize our primary SQL database systems. Your role will be critical in ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility while supporting our finance and loan servicing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize SQL databases.
- Design and implement database schemas, tables, and queries.
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive financial data.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to support data-related projects.
- Create and maintain documentation for database systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Training in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role.
- Expertise in SQL Server with a strong understanding of database architecture and performance tuning.
- Experience with database backup, recovery, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with additional technologies like Azure, Postgres, or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or Certified Database Administrator.
- Previous experience in the finance or loan servicing industry.
Work Environment:
- This position is located in North Dallas and requires in-office presence three days a week.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
