The A / R Commission coordinator monitors commission transactions and payments to the FCCI Insurance Group agents. A key function of this role is to process and balance all accounts receivable transactions, as well as ensure compliance with accounts receivable processes. This includes handling monthly agent commission adjustments and payments, as well as initiate the monthly commission process. This customer facing role receives agent calls and responds to inquiries, performs verification of customer credit approval and applicable payment terms. In addition, performs payment processing and application to customer balances in the accounts receivable ledger, including reconciliation of cash payments. Position is located in Sarasota, Florida reporting to the Billing Supervisor.
