This is a great opportunity for a qualified Duck Creek Software Configurator / Developer to elicit requirements, write and test software code across FCCI's insurance product suite. In addition, this team member will play a role in building integrations within the growing FCCI ecosystem (including third parties). This position will be based out of our Sarasota, FL office, or our office in Richardson, TX, with the opportunity to work a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
In this role you will enjoy the following :
- Leading Duck creek detailed requirement elicitation or equivalent policy administration
- Analysis, programming, and configuration of end user applications, integrations and / or systems software
- Performing minor and major software upgrades
- Working effectively within a team culture (with business and IT partners) to define project requirements & interdependencies.
- Translating business requirements into system requirements
- Updating system documentation, such as design documents
- Assisting in code reviews and code cleanups
- Working closely with the DevOps teams to build needed alerting, dashboards, and automated system healing services and processes
- Supporting code migration from development to production by leveraging process automation via CICD / DevOps pipeline setup.

The salary range for this position is $76,271-$117,454 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
