Currently seeking a Claims Supervisor to supervise the daily operations of a claims liability team to ensure all assigned claims are investigated and adjusted appropriately. Determines liability, secures information, reviews coverages, and settles claims. This role is hybrid at our Lawrenceville, GA office.
What you will do
- Determine work objectives and planning workloads and deadlines for team. Review procedures; workflows and time utilization: identifies potential volume or workflow issues and/or areas where efficiency can be improved and implements changes. Advise user departments of policy or procedural changes.
- Ensure appropriate and timely investigation; accurate payment of claims; ensure each claim has an appropriate reserve, reserve rational and resolution strategy which allows the claim to be brought to closure at earliest appropriate date.
- Conduct claim quality file reviews as required, analyze results and communicates with individual staff members, where necessary creates improvement plans.
- Review existing claim inventories on a regular basis, identifies and resolves procedural, investigative, evaluation and coverage issues.
- Investigate and resolve claimant, policyholder and agent inquiries and complaints.

The salary range for this position is $91,389-$140,737 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
