FCE is currently recruiting for an experienced Bilingual Customer Care Analyst.
Essential Functions :
- Provide excellent Customer care to Providers and Members
- Must be able to work effectively in a call center environment
- Answer questions regarding employee and family health benefits
- Knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability and Life and AD&D
- Computer Skills
- Building relationships with all customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Answer approximately 75 phone calls per day
- Expert using chat features
- Research complex issues and resolve
- Ask specific questions and listen actively
- Intervene with care providers on behalf of the Customer
- Excellent relationship building with team
- Assist Customers in navigating FCE website
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, Customer satisfaction
- Good Attendance and Punctuality are a must
