Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure product data is accurate and up to date, including metadata, attributes, taxonomy, and descriptions, all in line with ACES/PIES standards.
- Manage catalog maintenance tasks—handling discontinued products, vendor SKU setup, supersessions, reorder processes, and lead time adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, including reviews, returns, quality control, NCRs, and backorders.
- Enhance product data to improve searchability, usability, and overall customer experience.
- Process and manage inbound requests (maintenance, error identification, etc.) through Zendesk, JIRA, and Q&A systems, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain SKU quality by identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
Experience and Skill requirements
- 2 years of experience with SKU formats, best practices, and product data management.
- 2 years in automotive, supply chain, or cataloging.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tools (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA).
- Experience in eCommerce, catalog operations, or data management.
- Familiarity with ACES/PIES standards and the automotive industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive mechanical systems is preferred.
- Experience handling large data sets, driving insights, and maintaining high data standards.
- Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
Compensation
This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $60,000 to $75,000 annually.
