FCP Live In is looking for a talented Recruiting Specialist to join our team and participate in our hiring process. You will be responsible for evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews, verifying applicant certifications and scheduling orientation. As a Recruiting Specialist, you have thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas. If you have strong communication skills and solid recruiting experience, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements. Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Consult with managers to discover staff requirements
- Evaluate and screen resumes
- Conduct prescreen interviews by phone
- Schedule video interviews
- Update applicant pipeline daily
- Verify applicant certifications
- Schedule orientation sessions
- Work with Transportation department to schedule caregiver pick ups
- Communicate with Operations department and stay updated on hiring needs
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter
