This Role Offers:
- Opportunity to Utilize Legal Expertise: Be at the heart of our legal operations, supporting internal legal counsel with critical tasks ensuring compliance and smooth real estate transactions.
- Diverse Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and manage various legal documents, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Comprehensive Support: Provide support to our Legal, Loan Services, Title Services, and Marketplace teams.
Your Qualifications:
- Educational Background: An associate's or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional Experience: 3 years of related experience as a paralegal, including paralegal certification.
- Document Review and Preparation: Proficient in reviewing and preparing transactional documents.
- Additional Relevant Experience: Finance, real estate, and/or title work is a plus.
