We are seeking an Addiction/Primary Care Physician to join our team at FCS-inc, located approximately one hour south of South Bend. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health and hold the necessary certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to patients with addiction and primary care needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Prescribe medication as authorized by Indiana's RX authority
Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must:
- Hold a BC or be eligible for certification
- Have at least one year of experience working in a mental health setting
- Be licensed to practice medicine in Indiana
Compensation
