Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must:
- Hold a medical degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from an accredited institution.
- Have completed a psychiatry residency program.
- Be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Missouri.
- Be board certified in child and adolescent psychiatry or eligible for board certification within two years of employment.
