Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Psychiatrist to join our team in Northern Maine. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult, child, and family care, and be based in Presque Isle or Caribou.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient psychiatric services in Ellsworth, Machias, Calais, Houlton, Presque Isle, Caribou, or Fort Kent
- Work with adults, children, and families to address mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychiatry from an accredited medical school
- Licensed to practice medicine in Maine
- Experience working in outpatient settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
