What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Property Manager position at FDC Management, Inc.?
Energetic leader required for communities located between OC, IE, and LA county. You will supervise all aspects of operations including staff development, leasing, customer service, repair & maintenance, landscaping, setting rents, advertising, budgeting, and more. Our regional property managers manage properties, not desks, and typically visit two to four communities a day, 4 to 5 days a week. Officing is flexible, at home, in the field, and at our corporate office near Anaheim, California.
The best candidates will demonstrate experience and genuine interest in all aspects of maintaining and improving the physical property, developing effective onsite teams, legal and contractual issues, and maximizing long-term rental income. CPM designation and a current California real estate license are pluses.
Your bachelor's degree, or better, is just the starting point. Continuing professional development is a must at our company. Through self-study, peer mentors, in-house training, and paid professional education, we keep our skills sharp and our knowledge current. Having a Real Estate License is preferred, however once hired, it will be required to obtain.
