Essential Functions:
- Analyze guest data to understand preferences and trends and use these insights to refine marketing strategies
- Partner with departments across the business to deeply understand our customers and use those insights to launch relevant campaigns
- Develop a deep understanding of problems/areas of opportunity in the customer decision making journey through quantitative and qualitative data; translate complex business questions into concrete learning objectives and data solutions
- Develop strategic audience journeys based on first- and third-party data
- Develop and execute segmented marketing campaigns in our CRM/CDP platform that create high-impact touch points across the customer lifecycle to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty
- Create and implement personalized email marketing and SMS retargeting campaigns relevant to various B2B and B2C customer segments based on customer data and insights
- Own execution and oversee deployment of our campaigns to ensure impactful campaigns launch smoothly and mistake free allowing us to deliver on our weekly, quarterly and yearly goals
- Track and measure campaign performance, proactively suggesting improvements and adjusting tactics based on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Conduct multivariate testing (content, segmentation, subject lines, device optimization) and the following analysis to improve our strategy
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes to eliminate manual tasks through technology solutions, partners or AI initiatives.
- Manage onboarding and data integration with database/CRM platform to ensure database is current and complete
- Manage CRM Platform account team/CRM Agency
- Partner on efforts to research and curate highly accurate B2B prospect lists using various sources (e.g., databases, tools, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Segment lists based on key for optimal campaign performance across
- Track and analyze the performance of existing customer Engagement Programs like Customer Referral Program and B2B initiatives targeted at designers and realtors and suggest opportunities for improvement.
Schedule Requirements:
- Full-time Position - Minimum of 40 hours per week
- Minimal travel may be required but will vary based on the needs of the business
- Hybrid Schedule: Mon/Tues/Thurs in office required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing & CRM
- In-depth experience using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, CDPs, and analytics tools
- Experience interpreting data and analytics reports into producing actionable insights
- Proven results in effective campaign management, implementation and optimization leading to achieving set target objectives and driving measurable business results.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while working on a multitude of projects.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva preferred
