Connector Assembly Associate

BJG Electronics is the premier domestic, and international supplier of electronic interconnect products to all major military and aerospace manufacturers.

BJG Electronics is looking for a Circular Connector Assembler. This person is responsible for identifying electronic components needed to build a connector component, read assembly operations, and assemble value added products in accordance with assembly instructions and specific direction from online supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Mil-Spec and Commercial Products
• Cleaning/Prime Products
• Apply Adhesive / Sealant to Products
• Mark Products
• Packaging Products
• Other Tasks as Assigned
• Understand the objectives and quality policy of BJG and how their position supports them
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in an electronic distribution center warehouse or equivalent
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office, UPS World Ship, FedEx Ship Manager
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform specified tasks
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work load
• Ability to count accurately and verify others work
• Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment (50lbs) some of which may be heavy or awkward
