As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our day-to-day HR operations, ensuring our team members have an exceptional experience from their very first day. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Post job openings, coordinate interviews, and handle candidate communications. You’ll be instrumental in building our fast-growing workforce of talented individuals.
- Onboarding: Roll out the red carpet for new hires! Set them up for success by creating engaging orientation experiences and ensuring they have everything they need from day one.
- HRIS & Data: Keep our HR systems updated, accurate, and user-friendly. You’ll generate reports to help us make data-driven decisions that enhance our culture.
- Benefits & Compliance: Assist with benefits enrollment, maintain employee records, and stay on top of employment laws and regulations. Your eagle eye will help keep us ahead of the curve.
- Culture: Help brainstorm and coordinate team events, recognition programs, and community initiatives that keep our crew motivated, connected, and inspired.

What We’re Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience that proves you know your stuff.
- HR Experience: 2 years in HR or administrative roles—internships and co-ops count!
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with human capital management systems (ADP preferred), plus a master of Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Eye for Detail: You’re the go-to person for making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- People Person: Excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships across the board.
- Initiative Taker: You’re ready to jump in, learn fast, and juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.
- Team Player: You’re willing to jump in where needed to get the job done.
