FDI has an exciting opportunity for you. Florida Drawbridges, Inc. (FDI Services) is looking for an experienced concrete foreman to join our Structural Repair Crew performing bridge repairs in Broward and Palm Beach County.

Job Responsibilities:
- Building forms for concrete repairs
- Concrete repairs including roadway expansion joints
- Hollow areas identification
- Removal of spalled areas
- Concrete surface preparation
- Experience in mixing grout and concrete
- Experience in applying epoxy
- Crack injection
- Patching large areas
- Overhead patching
- Vertical patching
- Maintaining safety standards
- Train and supervise other crew members
- Quality control of other crew members workmanship
- Work with a team completing a variety of repairs (Assist structural and electrical crews as needed).
- Review work order documents and provide photo documentation of completed work
- Drive company vehicles and tow trailers
- Load and unload equipment, supplies, tools, and materials
- Performs Maintenance of Traffic (MOT)
Requires Qualifications:
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a Drug Test
- Current and clean driver's record
- Ability to work flexible schedules at times
- Ability to respond to road closures or incidents at night, or weekends on a rotating basis
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to walk, stand or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and carry up to 25lbs regularly
- Ability to obtain MOT certification
- Provide References
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8-10 years’ experience in concrete industry
- 5-6 years’ experience as lead or foreman
- Experience operating boom lifts and working at various levels of heights
- Experience operating up to a 34ft work boat
- MOT Certified
