Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced maintenance supervisor to help us manage an electrical/mechanical project located in Sanford, Florida. In this position, you will play a significant part in project success, as you will oversee all maintenance operations on the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing staff
- Provide training, qualification, and oversight for maintenance and employees
- Maintain compliance with safety operation rules and procedures
- Manage contract administration (subcontractor/field management meeting for communication)
- Keeping daily logs up to date
- Material & Supplies Management
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of Electrical maintenance with some mechanical knowledge
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand various processes regarding Railroad operations rules and safety procedures.
- Ability to identify and resolve any problems that may arise.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in Leadership, safety, negotiations, planning, and contract administration.
