Role Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to optimize, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce environment. This role ensures that Salesforce meets business requirements and operates efficiently while maintaining data integrity and providing actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce platforms.
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and data access to meet organizational needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security through proactive management and cleansing.
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Provide user training and support to maximize adoption and ensure the organization leverages Salesforce to its full potential.
Qualifications and Experience ( 4 years):
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred.
- Experience managing Salesforce platforms, including workflows, validations, and data security.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
