What will you do as a Customer Support Specialist?
- Respond to and manage support tickets
- Troubleshoot software and identify root causes of software issues
- Address and find solutions for customer product issues
- Define and provide scope to custom software change requests on behalf of clients
- Train customers on using FDM4 Software aligned to their unique needs
Qualifications
- Customer Support experience (or other relevant experience)
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and listening)
- Train and present concepts with confidence
- Aptitude for problem solving
- Proficiency in using (or the ability to quickly learn) software programs
