ResponsibilitiesThe Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Assistant or General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant with the goals of improving customer satisfaction, speed of service and restaurant hospitality by ensuring that all employees are following all policies and procedures adopted by the company. The Supervisor will also assist in the following areas:
- Meeting all budgetary goals such as food cost, labor and revenue
- Implementing speed of service and guest tracking as well as other guest service tools
- Orientation and training of employees
- Providing a safe environment for customer and employees
- Assisting in daily and weekly reporting
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assist ass a cashier and securing deposits
- Opening and closing of the store
- Ability to work as part of a team
- MUST have served in a retail food management in a leadership role
- Ability to motivate, coach and train team members
- Ability to collaborate with other management team members
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Must have basic computer skills (Windows/ Microsoft Office)
- Servsafe Certified
- 3-5 years' experience in retail food and/or quick-serve restaurant
- Must be able to work AM or PM shift as needed
