FDY, Inc. is seeking EXPERIENCED Supervisors to assist in operating the Bojangles Franchise in the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport.
The Bojangles Supervisor is an hourly employee who assist the management team with leadership, planning, communication, coaching, training, organization and control for the daily operation of the store.
Responsibilities
The Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Assistant or General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant with the goals of improving customer satisfaction, speed of service and restaurant hospitality by ensuring that all employees are following all policies and procedures adopted by the company. The Supervisor will also assist in the following areas :
- Meeting all budgetary goals such as food cost, labor and revenue
- Implementing speed of service and guest tracking as well as other guest service tools
- Orientation and training of employees
- Providing a safe environment for customer and employees
- Assisting in daily and weekly reporting
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assist ass a cashier and securing deposits
- Opening and closing of the store
Requirements
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $16.00-18.00 per hour
Salary : $16 - $18
