North Shore Veterinary Hospital is a 9-doctor, small animal hospital in Northern Minnesota, near the shore of Lake Superior. We are seeking an experienced veterinary Administrator to join our team of 43 employees.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of veterinary management experience. We want a solid background in HR, Marketing, Client Service, Workflow Management, etc., but enthusiasm, communication skills and team fit are the most important characteristics.
You will collaborate with our medical director, as part of a mutually supportive management team. Our practice has a strong culture of respect and professionalism and works well together towards a common goal.
Our practice was established over 80 years ago and has been AAHA-Accredited for 45 years. We were the first Fear Free Certified Practice in Minnesota and the seventh worldwide. We have a newly expanded and remodeled facility and have enjoyed year-over-year growth for the past 24 years.
