Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and reliable Event Chef to join our team, who has previous experience overseeing the culinary operations for banquets and large events in upscale establishments such as luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end catering companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create seasonal menus showcasing the finest ingredients and culinary techniques.
- Collaborate closely with event planners, catering managers, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of banquets and events.
- Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the food preparation process, from ingredient selection to final plating.
- Monitor food costs and labor expenses to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an event and banquet chef or executive chef in high-end restaurants, hotels, or catering companies.
