Summary
Fearless’ internship program provides college students and recent graduates with real-world experience in and knowledge of the government tech industry. This 10-week program is a full-time, paid, hybrid internship that will give you not just technical skills, but a broad variety of professional skills, such as interviewing, creating resumes, and networking for job readiness.
The Recruiting Coordinator Intern will be a member of a highly organized Talent Acquisition team!
Responsibilities and Contributions
- Conducts broad and specific research to build databases, tools, and resources to support key Talent Acquisition’s initiatives.
- Supports developing and executing candidate engagement and outreach campaigns.
- May observe and participate in internal and external meetings, including recruiting events
- Provides administrative support such as notetaking, documentation building, hiring manager and candidate communications.
- Brings a strong work ethic, creative thinking, critical thinking, and a desire to make an impact.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Competencies
Must-Have Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Human Services, Communications, OR related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Google applications such as Google Docs, Slides, Sheets OR equivalent Microsoft applications.
- Experience conducting data analysis on market trends and researching both familiar and unfamiliar subject areas.
- Must have at least a 2.75 GPA.
Icing-on-the-Cake Skills
- Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Human Services, OR related field.
- Has prior experience supporting job-seekers with employment connections.
- Has prior experience working with a recruiting OR human resources team.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, SurveyMonkey, OR MailChimp.
- Prior experience using Slack as a primary internal communication tool.
- Experience with expense and revenue types.
- Experience making journal entries.
Salary : $18
