Duties
- Design and deliver engaging group fitness classes tailored to different skill levels.
- Provide personalized training sessions that focus on individual client goals and progress.
- Educate clients on proper body mechanics and anatomy to promote safe exercise practices.
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate client capabilities and establish baseline measurements.
- Develop comprehensive program designs that incorporate strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular training.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages client participation and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote fitness programs and services effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in personal training and group fitness.
Experience
- Proven experience in group fitness instruction or personal training is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and exercise physiology.
- Background in sports coaching or physical education is a plus.
- Experience in fitness sales or gym operations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all backgrounds.
