Salary and Benefits

Job Responsibilities
As a Delivery Driver, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating a company vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver meals to customers throughout our service area.
- Navigating through various terrain, including local routes and city areas, using our routing software and communications platform.
- Handling up to 85 orders per day, ensuring accurate delivery of meals and completion of tasks as assigned.
- Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Assisting with organization-wide demands during the weekly production cycle, including labeling, packaging, and cleaning.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Professional driving experience in a company vehicle.
- A customer service mindset, prioritizing efficiency and safety.
- Ability to lift 50 /lbs multiple times per day.
- Comfortable driving long distances and navigating through diverse terrain.
- Tech-savviness, including understanding and utilizing our routing software and communications platform.
- Ability to drive a large commercial refrigerated van.
- Reliability, punctuality, and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
