What You'll Be Doing:
International Portfolio Strategy
- Support the commercialization of new international products from concept through market launch, ensuring seamless alignment across Product Development, Project Management, Marketing, Insights, Category Management, and Sales teams
- Partner with internal teams to align product development timelines with key retailer resets, ensuring launches are timed to maximize market impact
- Translate innovation projects into market-ready products, working closely with the PMO to ensure smooth project execution
- Collaborate with Finance and Pricing & Revenue Growth Management teams to shape go-to-market strategies, including distribution channels and price/pack architecture
- Ensure continuous improvement and success post-launch, optimizing processes for future product commercialization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in our commercialization processes.
- Provide in-depth international category analysis to uncover key drivers of performance, offering strategic recommendations for category growth in line with Feastables' business objectives and the MrBeast brand
- Advance our international analytics capabilities from mere data collection to generating insightful, actionable business strategies, employing a holistic "What, So What, Now What" approach.
- Transform analysis into compelling, actionable narratives (internal and retailer facing) to grow the confections category and Feastables share internationally.
- Create sophisticated analytical documentation and reports, ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and insightful for leadership and our customer and distributor partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on cross-functional projects, providing category insights to inform broader commercial strategies
- Analyze international syndicated POS, panel data, and shopper insights to identify trends and opportunities in consumer shopping behavior
- Continuously identify, evaluate, and capitalize on trends and innovations in the CPG landscape
- Travel internationally as needed with our sales leads to meet with key customers and distributors.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in food & beverage commercialization, category management, and/or insights with a proven track record of managing successful product launches.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects through stage-gate processes
- Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to create compelling data-driven, customer-facing presentations
- Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and performance metrics
- Experience working with retailers (either from an HQ role or customer-facing) is highly desirable
- A bias toward action, especially within a lean team and fast-paced environment
- Passion for the creator / social media space
- Expertise in Google Sheets, Google Slides including data visualization tailored for category insights
- Strong storytelling capabilities with the ability to transform complex data analysis into compelling and understandable presentations
- Expert-level experience with data such as: syndicated data (Euromonitor, Nielsen and IRI, and other international data sources) and panel data (Numerator, Nielsen, IRI, and other international data sources) measures and reporting. Nice to Have: Experience with retailer data sets such as WM Luminate, 84.51, C-Shopper, and the international retailer equivalents.
- A deep understanding of retail industry dynamics, especially in the food or FMCG sectors
- Highly collaborative. Data-driven. Consumer and category first mindset. Strong storytelling and slide building skills.
