Job Description

Under the direction of the regular custodial staff, this position will assist the custodial staff in the regular daily cleaning of college buildings including but not limited to : vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, cleaning and stocking bathrooms, wiping down white boards, emptying trash, wiping down doors and walls. Student may also be involved in specialized cleaning projects including cleaning carpets, stripping and waxing floors, cleaning exterior windows and refinishing the gymnasium floor. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to get real world, hands-on trades experience and work with Journeymen in a teaching environment.

• Be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, reach.

Salary Range

Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled in a minimum of 6 units in corresponding semester. Must present appropriate documentation that establishes identity and employment authorization.
