What are the responsibilities and job description for the FEAZEL ROOFING Service Technician position at Feazel Roofing,LLC?
**Please note, we are looking for a candidate who is comfortable with travel and would support both our Dayton, OH, and Indianapolis, IN Markets.
Feazel is currently seeking an experienced roofing technician who knows what it takes to get the job done. The successful candidate will report to the Production/Service Manager being responsible for but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Possess the physical ability to safely ascend/descend ladder, up to 40ft
- Ability to lift 80lbs
- Accurately communicate job requirements to Manager and customers
- Knowledgeable of the scope of work required to make necessary repairs
- Maintain self, vehicle, and equipment in a clean and professional manner
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures at all times
- Promote additional products for purchase
Requirements:
- 3 years minimum roofing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and good follow-through
- Positive/Solution-based approach to challenges
- Comfortable with heights
- Physical fitness is required to perform the job safely and successfully
- Be available for overtime and on-call work as needed
