What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROJECT ESTIMATOR position at Fecteau Homes?
We are seeking an experienced individual to perform multiple functions in our growing organization. Duties include, but are not limited to residential and light commercial construction project estimating, drafting, compiling information about upcoming projects and preparing job packets for crews, tracking home deliveries, ordering materials for projects, obtaining bids and other general duties related to project completion. Computer drafting, home architect, CAD or other design experience also a plus. The candidate should have concise and effective communication skills to assist in coordinating subcontractors, permits, and customers on various projects running simultaneously. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include health care, Simple IRA contribution with company match, paid vacation and holidays, Health Savings Account, and dental insurance.
