Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, working with commercial building customers, negotiating contracts and subcontracts, and possessing a keen understanding of all budgetary aspects of a commercial construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Work with commercial building customers
- Negotiate contracts and subcontracts
- Possess a keen understanding of all budgetary aspects of a commercial construction project
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of construction management experience required
- Outstanding management and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of Procore required
