Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 based on experience
Position Summary: FED is searching for a Construction Project Manager as an addition to our team that can efficiently complete a job from start to finish with extreme detail and customer service in mind. A Project Manager should be confident in their ability to work with others, take direction from clients, and adjust the project while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Objectives and Competencies: Typical duties of our Project Manager would include the following requirements of the position:
- Ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Manage multiple different subcontractors.
- Work with commercial building customers.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and subcontracts.
- Possess a keen understanding of all budgetary aspects of a commercial construction project.
- Communicate up to the Senior Project Manager about each job on a frequent basis.
- Outstanding management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
- Self-paced and able to hold themselves accountable to schedules and tasks.
- Knowledge of Procore is required.
Education and Experience: Five (5) years of construction management experience is required.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods of time in a computer office setting. Employee will be responsible for weekly site visits, which may require walking on rough and/or elevated terrain.
