About the Role:As Finance Manager, you will:
✔️ Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
✔️ Manage bookkeeping, compliance, and financial operations to support long-term sustainability.
✔️ Lead financial strategy by analyzing key data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving efficiency.
✔️ Implement and integrate ERP systems (preferably Acumatica) to modernize financial processes.
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align finances with Fedco’s cooperative values.
What We’re Looking For:✅ Education – Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred.
✅ Finance Expertise – Experience in financial management, accounting, and compliance.
✅ QuickBooks Proficiency – Strong background in QuickBooks for accounting and reporting.
✅ ERP Experience – Familiarity with ERP integration (Acumatica preferred) to streamline financial operations.
✅ Detail-Oriented & Strategic – Ability to balance day-to-day tasks with long-term financial planning.
✅ Mission-Driven – Passionate about working in a cooperative model that supports sustainable agriculture.
