The Position:
The Working Plumbing Foreman will provide leadership that results in a safe, harmonious, productive work culture. Is responsible and accountable for the crew under his/her direction and has extensive experience running new construction plumbing projects. A qualified candidate will be capable of taking a set of plans, designing plumbing systems and pre-fabrication and running a job from the underground phase through top-out. All "Feddon" foremen are working foremen, as capable of using a pipe wrench as a clipboard.

Experience/knowledge
Must have the following:
- 5 years experience; 2 years as foreman
- Experience running new construction plumbing projects from underground through top-out
- Experience reading plans and designing plumbing systems
- Comfortable laying out crew
- ProCore working knowledge, KOJO usage a plus*
- Clean recent driving record
- Own hand tools
- Ability to pass drug test
- Maintain work standards/Quality control
- Ability to translate general work requirements in a prioritized work plan
- Perform on-site assessment prior to commencing work to ensure that the job is ready (including materials/supplies, manpower and equipment) and address any concerns.
