What You?ll Do
Lead and Support Care Teams: Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of skilled caregivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and care standards.
Coordinate Care Services: Develop and maintain schedules, match caregivers to clients, and ensure care plans are implemented effectively.
Ensure Quality Care: Conduct regular client and caregiver visits, address concerns, and evaluate care plans to meet evolving needs.
Build Relationships: Act as the primary liaison between clients, families, and caregivers, fostering trust and collaboration.
Compliance and Reporting: Maintain compliance with state regulations, company policies, and ensure accurate documentation.

Compensation:
$70000k-$78000k per year, depending on experience
What We?re Looking For
Experience: Prior supervisory or management experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Compassion: A commitment to providing outstanding care and support to clients and caregivers alike.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally within the respective region (Snohomish County or the Eastside). Valid driver license, active car insurance and willingness to complete a MVR background check is required.
Salary : $70,000 - $78,000
