What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager (SPM) Location: Anywhere position at Federal Contractor?

Location for this position is flexible (anywhere within the US)
Duties:

Oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution and evaluation of this multi-faceted project;

Serves as Subject Matter Expert to ERO on all versions of the NDS, PBNDS 2008, and PBNDS 2011;

Responsible for assuring that ERO receives the support services for which The Contractor is responsible;

Interfaces with the COR as required to meet contract requirements;

Coordinates with the COR to forecast both ERO and Contractor needs in an environment of shifting priorities and changing workloads;

Analyze and provide recommendations to work processes and;
-
Compile reports based on Contractor’s performance during specified and cumulative periods.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree plus ten (10) years’ related work experience in detention, corrections, or related criminal justice field;

Ten (10) years of experience in the management of a detention, corrections, or other criminal justice related confinement facility with five (5) years of experience in the capacity of Warden, CEO, or Chief Administrator;

Eight (8) years of program management experience;
-
Five (5) years of experience inspecting/auditing detention or correctional facilities; and possess the qualification required by one of the four SME specialty fields.
