Federal Thermal, a leading factory representative and stocking distributor of mechanical equipment, boilers, and controls for commercial and industrial applications, is seeking a reliable and self-motivated team member for our OKC, OK location. This role involves warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a spotless driving record and will be responsible for delivering and picking up orders, assisting in shipping and receiving, and providing excellent customer service. What You Bring:

- Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a safety sensitive (100% drug free) test and background check
- Must be at least 21 years old, be a safe driver with a spotless driving record and Oklahoma driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted, multiple times a day
- Must be in good physical shape and able to handle walking/standing continuously throughout the workday
- Must be able to operate a fork-lift (fork-lift certification training certificate will be obtained once employed)
- Ability to back and maneuver a 22' trailer into tight spaces
- Exceptional computer proficiency with proven ERP system experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized individual who can work independently with minimal supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing work
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for solving problems and obtaining solutions
- Experience managing cycle counts
- Familiarity with HVAC, industrial and mechanical equipment and solutions

Warehouse Generalist Role & Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment – Deliveries and Outbound Freight:
- Prioritize customer interactions, providing exceptional service during deliveries and pickups
- Ensure all packages are accurately pulled, packed, labeled and shipped/delivered on time, minimizing errors
- Assist in pulling orders for will-call and delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Inbound Freight:
- Receive, unbox, and inspect all UPS/FedEx/LTL shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Check in inventory, enter details into the ERP system, properly stock items and digitally file packing slips and other paperwork
- Verify inventory accuracy and promptly report any damaged products
Inventory and Documentation:
- Maintain organized records of all shipments, both incoming and outgoing
- Prepare and submit shipping reports as needed
- Keep workspaces organized and ensure all documentation and product information are properly filed, preferably in digital format
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including common areas and walkways throughout the warehouse space
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
