Position Summary
The Junior Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is an entry level introduction to selling products with FedData, interfacing with clients, and working with FedData partners and suppliers. This position will learn to enter, process, track, and update sales opportunities in Sales Force.
Essential Job Functions
- Learn to enter new opportunities in Sales Force and also update as new information is available.
- Learn how to complete price quotes for end users and bids to purchasing/contracting personnel.
- Track status of opportunities in Sales Force.
- Learn how to generate status reports.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- There is no security clearance required for this position.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
- Must have a minimum of six months of customer service experience
- Must have a minimum of six months of organizational skills in a working role or school
- Must have intermediate experience in IT Skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay Scale:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20 p/h - $24 p/h
The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).
Working Conditions:
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.
Physical Requirements:
May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 50 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the work day.
Background Screening/Check/Investigation:
Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
