POSITION OVERVIEW:
Joining the FESA team as our Call Center Team Leader you will play a key role that combines leadership with operational support. As a FESA leader, you will elevate your team performance to drive outstanding results. You will also share in the responsibilities for on-site office operations including overseeing staff, entrusted as a key holder, and providing general managerial support.
Our call center team connects with leads generated by FESA and schedules appointments for federal employees to meet with our Benefit Specialists. During these consultations, our experts will assist our clients with planning for their retirement and maximizing their benefits.

- INCOME – Full-time position with a base salary of $42,000 annually, plus monthly bonus opportunities. Our hours of operation are from 7am-7pm CST.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in telesales, cold calling, outside sales, appointment setting
- Managerial Experience - Proven track record of training, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to improve team performance
- Data Driven Mindset - Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and make decisions using metrics to improve team’s production and reach goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strategic Thinking- Develop successful appointment setting strategies that handle objections and drive production growth
- Strong time management, organization and problem solving skills
- Comprehensive computer skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with their Google equivalents. Salesforce experience is preferred.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or other similar majors
