Your Mission:
- Leads the Nacogdoches location: Provides leadership and support as the backbone of the team.
- Builds and guides a high-performing team: Cultivates a motivated and dedicated team to achieve goals.
- Manages appointment scheduling: Oversees the scheduling of appointments with federal employees focused on securing their financial future and maximizing their federal benefits.

What It Takes to Lead Here:
- Experience in Management, Call Center, Retail, Outside Sales, or Restaurant Management is preferred.
- Background in Outbound Calling is a plus.
- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
- Highly organized with a data-driven mindset: You know how to track, analyze, and optimize performance using CRM and other computer applications.
- Commanding leadership presence: Balances authority with approachability.
- Quick problem-solving skills: Turns obstacles into opportunities.
- Mastery of time and organization: No detail too small, no challenge too big.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (Salesforce knowledge is a plus).
