What You’ll Do as an Appointment Scheduler

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them connect with Federal Benefits Specialists who are Licensed Insurance Professionals ready to guide them toward financial security. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling Virtual Appointments: Engage with prospective clients over the phone, setting appointments for our Benefits Specialists.
• Managing Client Interactions: Use our CRM (Salesforce) to track conversations, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
• Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls: Professionally assist clients with inquiries while proactively scheduling appointments.
• Coordinating with Our Team: Ensure seamless scheduling operations and appointment confirmations.
• Providing Exceptional Service: Build relationships, inspire trust, and make a lasting impact.
