EXPECTATIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work in a call center setting surrounded by other call center team members scheduling virtual appointments for licensed insurance agents.
  • Use our CRM, Salesforce, to contact and schedule clients with our licensed insurance agents.
  • Outbound/Inbound calls - Call leads provided by our company using Salesforce to set appointments. Answer incoming phone calls by responding to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and manage life insurance and annuity appointments for clients using the company’s scheduling system.
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders via email and SMS messaging to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database and on agents’ calendars.
  • Communicate with other team members to execute efficient calendar scheduling operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in telesales, BTB sales, cold calling, appointment setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive computer skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • Strong time management, organization and attention to detail skills
  • A patient, positive, empathetic individual with a passion for helping others
  • Must be ambitious, motivated, and financially driven and ready to start contributing to our collective success

ENVISION YOU MAKING AN IMPACT AT FESA:

  • INCOME: Part-time (20 hours/week) earning $15/hour with the ability to receive additional income and incentives. Our hours of operation are from 7am-7pm CST. Your schedule will be M-F 3pm-7pm CST.

  • TRAINING: FESA provides a comprehensive paid training program. In-person training will be three days from 10:00am-3:00pm CST.
