Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include checking shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service, providing related customer service functions, and performing other duties as assigned. You must be able to lift 50 pounds and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 pounds with assistance if needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle assigned. You must also be able to provide good human relations and verbal communication skills, and meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations.
