Job Description

As a Sales Executive Field, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, customer engagement, and relationship development within a defined geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops new business opportunities by identifying potential customers, conducting market research, and analyzing their needs to provide value-added solutions.
  • Maintains existing business relationships by understanding customer needs, analyzing their supply chain, and implementing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and negotiates fair market-based pricing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or four years of experience in business-to-business sales.
  • Ability to travel overnight as required for moderate travel.

Working Conditions

This is a hybrid position in the Columbia, MO area, requiring occasional work at a FedEx Campus location and living within a 50-mile radius.
