Responsibilities :
Engage in one-on-one consultations with clients to gain insights into their financial objectives and assess their eligibility for mortgage loans
Educate clients on a range of mortgage products, terms, and options, providing tailored recommendations based on their individual requirements
Guide clients through the mortgage application process, assisting them in gathering necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to lending standards
Collaborate closely with underwriters and processors to facilitate a smooth loan approval process
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining transparent communication with clients and agents throughout the loan process, addressing all inquiries and concerns promptly
Stay abreast of industry regulations, lending trends, and evolving mortgage guidelines to ensure compliance and offer informed advice
Qualifications
Have NMLS License or in process of obtaining
Excellent knowledge of finance, underwriting, and loan origination
Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
