Job Description:
A Program Coordinator is a member of the Account Management Services team and is responsible for the management of signage accounts. For example, when a sign program is sold to a company for multiple locations of their stores, hotels, or restaurants, your task is to organize and coordinate to its on-time completion. You will ensure that all processes from the time each location is designed, sold, manufactured, installed, and billed occur smoothly and to the requirements and overwhelming satisfaction of the customer.
Qualifications:
· A minimum of two years of experience in project management, 5 years would be beneficial.
· Leadership ability, proven decision-making skills
· Lean Manufacturing knowledge or experience desired
· Outstanding phone etiquette and Customer Service skills
· Good written & verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work well independently as well as in teams within a rapidly changing deadline driven environment.
· Literacy in Microsoft Office products
. Willingness to learn to read scaled drawings
.Willingness to learn drawing programs such as AutoCAD and/or CorelDRAW
Responsibilities:
· Maintain customer communication to their satisfaction
.Maintain project status worksheets.
.Organize customer inquiries for the team
· Prepare sales presentations and proposals
· Arrange customer location surveys as needed, verify sign codes
· Qualify and negotiate with subcontractors for obtaining permits, installation & estimates
· Issue purchase orders
· Establish accessible, organized and complete job files
· Track forecast and projections of projects
· Coordinate manufacturing, delivery, and install activities
.Issue invoices to customer
