Job Overview
Federal IT Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Resource Efficiency Manager to support our military client at Fort Leonard Wood. The ideal candidate will have expertise in energy management and be able to assist the installation in achieving a robust energy management program.
About the Role
The REM will develop and implement actions/projects in support of facility maintenance, repair, and construction activities, including providing design review comments, project and program management support, identification of energy savings projects, construction coordination and oversight.

- Provide a wide spectrum of energy engineering and energy management functions
- Supporting facility repair and construction activities

Qualifications
Candidates must possess one of the following combinations of education and experience: A four-year engineering degree (preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering) and/or a registered Professional Engineer registration with a minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management. Alternatively, candidates can have an Environmental Science, business or related degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in energy management. A two-year technical degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in energy management is also acceptable. No college degree is required for candidates with a minimum of 12 years of experience in energy management.
Certifications
Candidates should hold a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification.
