Federal Limo needs defense lawyer for accident that we are involved.

We have drivers and fleet that are involved with accidents.

We also have collections issues.

We are looking for regular 4 hours a week job that can be done from home and with option for extra hours as needed.

We pay $75 an hour

Attorney must be license in Texas and reside in DFW Area.

This is a part time and great job for some one already retired or already employed with flexible full time job.

Federal Limo  in legal proceedings, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, or other formal legal proceedings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and advice.
• Stay informed of current laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to practice areas.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
• Manage case files and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues, external counsel, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
