JOB SUMMARY:
Federal Recycling and Waste Solutions is seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will provide outstanding service to our recycling and waste customers and support our management team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support purchasing and sales teams by scheduling shipments and processing work orders and related documentation for National Accounts brokerage transactions. Ensure entry of accurate pricing, weights, freight costs/invoices. Communicate with suppliers, customers, and freight haulers as needed.
- Support Waste account business by scheduling services, managing and providing pricing when requested for new or additional services. Entering waste hauler invoices to generate invoices to waste customers for payment in a timely fashion. Assist accounting with specialized billing.
- Foster relationships with external and internal customers and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Field incoming customer calls and emails regarding waste service requests and maintain accurate and complete records documenting customer interactions
- Support account management team by resolving customer issues
- Provide support to accounting department for brokerage and waste transactions as needed
- Support vendor services and perform special projects as needed

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of waste customer service-oriented role in business office setting
- Recycling or waste industry experience
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
