About Us:

We're a fast-growing company in the temporary fence industry, focused on expanding our team to support our ambitious growth targets. We're looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented individual to join our team and support key HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Support:
  • Gather, review, and organize weekly payroll information from multiple teams and locations.
  • Assist in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll submissions.
  • Recruiting & Candidate Management:
  • Vet incoming applicants and organize candidate pipelines.
  • Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support job postings, resume screening, and reference checks.
  • HR Recordkeeping & Organization:
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Track new hire onboarding and compliance requirements.
  • Keep key HR systems and files up to date.
  • Growth Support:
  • Assist leadership in reaching aggressive headcount growth targets by keeping recruiting efforts organized and moving forward.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and management team as needed.

  • Previous experience in an HR, administrative, or recruiting support role is a plus but not required.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willingness to learn new systems.
