Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Support:
- Gather, review, and organize weekly payroll information from multiple teams and locations.
- Assist in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll submissions.
- Recruiting & Candidate Management:
- Vet incoming applicants and organize candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support job postings, resume screening, and reference checks.
- HR Recordkeeping & Organization:
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Track new hire onboarding and compliance requirements.
- Keep key HR systems and files up to date.
- Growth Support:
- Assist leadership in reaching aggressive headcount growth targets by keeping recruiting efforts organized and moving forward.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and management team as needed.
