It helps formulate and implement monetary policy, supervises banks and bank and savings and loan holding companies, and provides financial services to depository institutions and the federal government.
The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia serves eastern and central Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware. You will coordinate and integrate the Facilities department’s as-built Revit model and associated documents, with a moderate degree of supervision.
You will interact with various team members and outside consultants to support the goal of creating a single source of truth and “digital twin” for the building.

- You will create, update, and maintain building records consisting of models, drawings, specifications, submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, etc.
- Ensure information referenced by Bank and outside personnel for construction and maintenance projects is current and accurate.
- Link documents to other tools and to each other, where beneficial and appropriate.
- You provide modeling, drafting, and coordination support for facilities projects to enable the creation of detailed construction documents.
- Incorporates model updates efficiently and effectively. Model architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems in Revit.
